Mature students are preferred. Available August 1 to 31. • 6090 Iona Drive: located in the Chancellor Place neighbourhood on the UBC campus. This apartment is a corner unit with a large balcony on the 5th floor of a 15 story building. Axis has the benefit of being close to all of the services, recreational facilities and amenities that UBC provides while also being in a quiet and peaceful area of campus. Axis is located next to the Peter A. Allard School of Law. • Contemporary finishes and six energy-efficient appliances including dishwasher and in-suite laundry. • This apartment is currently furnished (bed, dressers, desk, desk chair, bookshelf, couch and table with chairs) but items can be moved out if you have your own furniture. We can provide bedding, towels, dishes, cutlery and some small appliances if needed. • Secure entry, fitness centre and lounge area. There are parkades nearby. • $2400 a month, including internet and utilities based on single occupancy. More than one is fine, but might affect utility cost.
