Huge bathroom has a shower and bathtub combo, a top-mount doubled vanity sinks, it's not shared more than one person. We're trying to offer unique an affordable way of co-living-environment in pricey Bay Area. We have a well-equipped Eat in Kitchen with ample fine cabinet storage space, granite counter top, refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and Quiet dishwasher , large dining/ open living room, and a very large backyard with a patio, fruit trees and veggie garden. There is a bus stop across the street from our house that will get you to Palo Alto train station and Stanford within 10-15 minutes. A good fit is someone who has figured out how to be fully responsible for themselves, truly considerate and respectful of others and able to contribute to a positive environment. Great space for traveling nurses, doctors in training, students, and tech professional who who've just relocated since it's fully furnished.
